A Street SE – 2nd Street SE to 6th Street SE

On Tuesday, May 26, 2020 through Friday, May 29, 2020, construction work by Pivetta Brothers Construction, for the A Street SE Preservation project, will require intermittent lane closures and disruptions to both directions of A Street SE, from 2nd Street SE to 6th Street SE from 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This work is dependent on weather and may be re-scheduled without further notice.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected. Pedestrians will be accommodated through the work zone.

Auburn Way South(SR164) – Muckleshoot Plaza to Dogwood Street SE - POSTPONED

Work that was set to begin Tuesday, May 26, 2020 through Wednesday, May 27, 2020, by Rainier Asphalt for Comcast on Auburn Way South(SR 164), from Muckleshoot Plaza to Dogwood Street SE, from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.

Intersection of Auburn Way North and 15th Street NE/Harvey Road - NIGHT WORK

Beginning Thursday Evening, May 21, 2020 at 5:00 PM, through Friday Morning, May 22, 2020, at approximately 6:00 AM, utility work by Potelco for Puget Sound Energy will require lane closures and disruptions to the intersection of Auburn Way North and 15th Street NE/Harvey Road. This work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected. Please pay close attention to flaggers and signs. Pedestrians will be accommodated through the work zone.

Auburn Way North – 35th Street NE to 37th Street NE

On Tuesday, May 26, 2020, utility work by NorthSky Communications for CenturyLink will require lane closures and disruptions to both directions of traffic on Auburn Way North, from 35th Street NE to 37th Street NE, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected. Signed pedestrian detours will be in place.

Kersey Way SE – Evergreen Way SE/53rd Street SE to 1st Street Court East - UPDATE

Construction work by KLB Construction for the Auburn School District Elementary School 15 project will continue through approximately June 30, 2020. The work will continue to require lane closures and disruptions to both directions of traffic on Kersey Way SE, from Evergreen Way SE/53rd Street SE to 1st Street Court East, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Occasionally during this period there will be disruptions to the intersection of Kersey Way SE and Evergreen Way SE/53rd Street SE. This work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected. Please pay close attention to police officers, flaggers and signs. Pedestrians will be accommodated through the work zone.
